Order Confirmation

Payment
We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, and other available payment methods. Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation unless Cash on Delivery is available.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available across Tamil Nadu. Delivery time depends on your location and courier availability. Delivery delays due to weather, transport, or government restrictions are beyond our control.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of fireworks, sold products cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during transit or supplied incorrectly.

Customers must be 18 years or older to purchase fireworks.
Liability
SPS Crackers shall not be responsible for any damage or injury caused due to improper storage, handling, or usage of fireworks.
